You can place your order with CyPower, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on line at www.cypower.com. Simply locate the product using selected criteria or enter the part number, choose your desired quantity and check out.

Shipping
Same day shipping on most domestic orders received by 6:00 pm CST for UPS and FedEx deliveries and 3:00 pm CST for DHL, Monday through Friday (subject to holidays). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping / freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer. All sales are FOB shipping point, Carrollton, Texas, USA.
A handling charge of $3.95 will be applied to all orders.
CyPower will elect the appropriate carrier to deliver product to the customer on the date requested. However, if the customer elects to use your own carrier account you may select from UPS, FedEx and DHL.
When using the website shipping costs are an estimate only and are not a guarantee of actual shipping costs. Costs may vary due to but not limited to the size of the box, number of boxes, and service options used to ship. Exact shipping fees are determined at the time of shipment.
Returns
Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt of product and 90 days if product is defective. Non standard products are non cancelable and non returnable; NC/NR. Non standard products are products which are custom orders, special orders, orders for NC/NR product, orders for modified products and orders for product which is not normally stocked.
Please email return request to sales@cypower.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or call 800.477.0021. No returns will be accepted without approved RMA number.
Credit will be issued at original price less shipping / freight / handling charges. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

The information received from you or about you will only be used in the following ways:

Payment Terms
Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discovery.
All payments must be paid in US Dollars.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is only applied to shipments to Texas; unless customer has open account with a valid signed tax exemption certificate on file. Any sales tax due that is not collected by CyPower is the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
CyPower, LLC will extend all warranties on materials as provided by manufacturer of the goods. CyPower warrants that modified or custom products assembled by CyPower shall be free from defects as it relates to CyPower’s workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment from CyPower to the buyer. If during the warranty period, the goods should prove defective as determined by CyPower, then CyPower can, at their discretion, repair or replace the goods.
In no event shall CyPower, manufacturer of goods, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, whether or not caused by or resulting from negligence of seller, unless specifically provided herein. In addition, this warranty shall not apply to any goods or portions thereof which have been subjected to abuse, misuse and improper installation, maintenance or operation, electrical failure or abnormal conditions, and to goods which have been tampered with, altered, modified, repaired or reworked by anyone not approved by CyPower.
CyPower’s warranty herein is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of seller and the manufacturer of the goods and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, whether expressly implied, statutory or otherwise created under applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for particular purpose or use.
